Craft Beer and Me!

adrienne

It’s Saint Patrick’s day. My neck hurts because I’ve been huddled over my keyboard writing my first featured artist blog post! I’ve been pounding caffeine and had a couple SUPERFLUID double IPA’s by Short’s Brewing Company from Elk Rapids, Michigan. This is my first personal blog entry, and you should know that I’m a very open person!

What should you expect from my personal blog? I’ll talk about art, craft beer, CATS, and update you on my personal projects (also probably rant about something superfluous and then delete it later), I hope it’s interesting. I hope people want to hear what I have to say but I have no idea. I genuinely would appreciate your constructive criticism, because this is the first time I’ve ever “blogged.”

St. Patrick’s Day. A day where plans always fall through (similar to many a New Year’s Eve) and I end up at home playing with Woozum and Marzipan (my feline companions). I lived in Chicago for ~5 years, and intended to (but never went to) the dyeing of the river! They DYE IT GREEN for St. Patrick’s Day!

Actual awesome photo I took at a rando rummage heap/thrift store in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Well I should tell you now, I’m pushing myself to lead a life worth living. I truly want to find a way to live passionately and honestly. We only have a very ridiculously short time on this earth and it’s up to us to make what we want of it! I’m young, currently 31, but I have very quickly realized I DO NOT want to live in corporate servitude for the next 30 years of my life. I’m a beautiful original fantastic amazing delicate wondrous snowflake. How COULD I? THIRTY years. Blech.

Showcasing emerging artists, my own art, and general truthful things is the most honest way I could ever imagine to make a living so here is my attempt! Thanks for even spending even 1 millisecond here!
